The top is crafted from Swiss Moon Spruce, a high-altitude tonewood known for its tight grain structure, enhanced resonance, and exceptional sustain and harmonic response. Paired with Indian rosewood back and sides, it delivers a well-balanced tonal profile with deep lows, articulate highs, and long, musical sustain.
The body is finished in Dowina’s vintage semi-gloss, offering the tactile feel of open-pore finishes with added stability and a refined appearance. Visual appointments include maple binding, ebony/maple purfling, and offset dot inlays on the ebony fretboard. The khaya mahogany neck, reinforced with wenge, ensures stability and comfort, while open-gear Grover tuners provide smooth, reliable tuning.
Supplied with a Dowina hard case, this non-electro model is crafted for players who appreciate nuanced tone, natural aesthetics, and European luthiery at its best. A true modern classic with roots in traditional craftsmanship.
