Description

One of the early (Prodigy I) runs of attempted super-strat competitors built by Fender from 91' - 93'. Featuring a more offset and pointy body than a standard stratocaster with a Humbucking Bridge pickup, you'd be mistaken for thinking this 'just another strat'. This guitar was built and optimised for playing Rock and Metal music, with its high output pickups, a 12" Radius (A little flatter than the fender standard of 9.5") and 22 fret neck.

Later replaced by the Prodigy II's and HM Strats both featuring locking Floyd Rose/Kahler tremolo systems, this guitar had a short-lived production run with Fender quickly coming to realise that people buy Fenders because they want Fenders, not an Ibanez or Jackson with Fender Logo. Regardless, this is a unique and rare 90's USA strat, it is a high-quality and great sounding instrument, as you would expect from USA strats.

Comes with Tweed Gear4Music Hardcase & Strap.

Pre-Owned: Good Condition with some small scratches and dings.
