Maybach Guitars

From the very beginning, Maybach had written on its flag not only to manufacture instruments of the best possible quality but to implement this consistently with the promise of 'Made in Europe'. This vision had been developed over three years of intensive preparation. It was successfully turned into reality when the Maybach ship set sail in 2011 and quickly set its course – driven by a wind of enthusiasm sparked by the many musicians thrilled by the quality of Maybach instruments.

This guitar is a stunning piece which is lightweight and equipped with Amber "spirit of 59"s in the neck and bridge, it packs a serious punch with incredibly warm and full sounds in the neck position and bitey highs to help your solos soar in the bridge position.

"Little Wing makes you fly!

For the body skeleton, we use Okoume (Aucoumea klaineana), a wood originating from Gabon with excellent sound characteristics. The structural heart is the sustain block, which is routed in one piece with the body. We build the Little Wing with flat and arched tops. We always use flamed solid Bosnian or North American maple for the top and back. The mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, which is glued to the body with a long tenon joint, ensures optimal vibration transfer of the Little Wing. "
