Woodstock Guitars is a Ukrainian company founded in Kyiv, building electric guitars and bass guitars largely by hand using locally sourced Ukrainian wood.

The Woodstock Satin J-Bass is a passive J-Bass style instrument built on a solid alder body with a poly satin finish. The maple bolt-on neck has a C-shape profile with a satin nitro finish, paired with a maple fretboard and a 9.5" radius. A bone nut and vintage-style tuners with a 22:1 gear ratio provide precise, stable tuning. Scale length is 34".

Two passive AlNiCoV single-coil pickups deliver warm, transparent J-Bass tone. Controls are 2 volume (individual) and 1 master tone. Steel bridge with brass saddles. Chrome hardware throughout.
