Description
The Levinson Sceptre Ventana Gen II is a Stratocaster-style electric guitar built around a contoured solid Okoume body, delivering classic 1960s single-coil tone in a contemporary build. The torrified (roasted) rock maple neck provides enhanced stability and a smooth, dry feel, paired with an Indian Laurel fingerboard and precision-engineered stainless steel frets. Simulated bone nut, 42mm nut width, and a 240mm (9.45") fingerboard radius complete the neck spec.
Three calibrated Levinson S-E1 single-coil pickups with ALNICO 5 magnets deliver clear, articulate tone with solid top-end bite. The neck pickup features custom 50mm magnet spacing for even string-to-string response, and the middle pickup is reverse wound / reverse polarity (RWRP) for hum-cancelling operation in positions 2 and 4. A 5-way blade switch with 1 volume and 1 tone control handles the circuit. The Wilkinson WOV02 tremolo bridge provides smooth vibrato with individual saddles for precise intonation.
