Description
The NU-X Masamune is a pure analogue booster and compressor pedal from the Verdugo series, designed to sit at the front of your signal chain and give you complete control over your dynamics and output level before hitting your amp or other effects. The compressor section tightens your playing, adds sustain, and evens out pick attack, while the boost section adds presence and drive — use either independently or stack both together for a polished, controlled tone with extra punch.
An inside routing control lets you configure the signal flow between the two sections to suit your rig. The fully analogue circuit keeps your tone natural and transparent throughout. Compact and pedalboard-friendly, the Masamune works equally well as an always-on foundation pedal or as a dynamic tool for switching between rhythm and lead tones.
