Every Rickenbacker guitar is built by hand in our factory in Santa Ana, CA. Each guitar begins in the wood shop. Every portion of the instrument must be properly attended to, as the proprietary finish system used at RIC is very thin and unforgiving of any flaw. Only the finest American-made electronic components are used in the construction of Rickenbacker’s circuits. Once assembled, each instrument passes through exhaustive inspections. Rickenbacker is proud of its set-up and testing procedures, resulting in the many compliments from musicians that the guitars are ready to play – straight from the case!
