The Etowah is built from solid exotic selected timbers throughout, It has a mastergrade solid bearclaw sitka spruce top fitted with an ebony pyramid pin-bridge. the bridge pins are hand turned from ebony and inlaid with pearl. It has an absolutley mesmorising back and sides consructed from solid Mrytlewood sourced from the UK. The bridge is fitted with a natural bone saddle that is hand worked to give precise intonation. There is beautiful celtic inlay featured throughout. All maticulously handworked and hand inlayed out of constrasting woods making this guitar just something a little more special than your standard Etowah.
The back and sides are built from Mastergrade Solid Mrytlewood sourced from the UK.
The top, back and sides are fully bound to protect all body edges in traditional black/ivory coloured binding. The sleek mahogany neck is a dream to play, it has a solid ebony fingerboard inlaid at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 15th & 17th frets with custom celtic inlays. The hard steel frets are perfectly worked, rounded and polished precisely. Mini dot markers are also positioned into the side binding at the same frets.
The ebony faced headstock is inlaid with the distinctive 'PJE' in natural mother of pearl and fitted with a matched set of USA Waverley Vintage tuners for trouble free, extremely precise and positive tuning. The reverse of the headstock has a 'Martin' type involute to give extra strength.
